DEPOSIT CONTRACT:
*This DEPOSIT CONTRACT (hereinafter CONTRACT) is effective when signed below by both
Seller and Buyer (whether singular or plural).
*The following terms and conditions are agreed to between Seller and Buyer:
*When a reservation for a dog is placed, a 50% deposit of the puppy price is required and is
non-refundable.
*Balance will be due before possession of the puppy by the Buyer.
*The Seller reserves the right to cancel this contract, in which the deposit will be refunded in full.
*Puppies will not be released to new homes until the age of 8 weeks.
*Puppies being shipped via airline will be charged for purchase of crate, health
certificate, flight arrangements and transportation to airport.
*Flight costs will be paid by buyer according to the current fees.
*Puppies being shipped via airlines will be shipped no earlier than 8 weeks of age.
*If deposit is made on puppy before puppy is of age to ship then Buyer has 4 weeks from the date
the puppy is available to ship to make final payment for puppy and shipping costs. A fee of $10.00 a week will be assessed after puppy is 9 weeks of age.*If deposit is made on puppy after puppy is of age to ship then Buyer has 4 weeks from deposit date tomake final payment for puppy and shipping costs.*Buyer will also be charged for additional vaccinations and veterinary costs if needed after 9 weeks of age.
*Puppies are sold with Full Registration Papers
*Payment Policy: Personal checks are ONLY accepted for deposits (as long as they have time to clear
before picking up puppy); upon pickup we accept CASH ONLY and a receipt can be provided upon request.

Upon receipt and acceptance by Seller, a copy of this contract will be sent to Buyer

We accept Cash only upon pickup--- Deposits can be made via personal check.
The new puppy that you are purchasing is guaranteed healthy and free of
communicable diseases at the time you take possession. If the puppy, within
48 hours after the buyer takes possession, is found by a licensed veterinarian
not be in good health (internal, external parasites, and kennel cough excluded)
you must notify us within 48 hours with a written statement from your
licensed veterinarian. Failure to return written report within 24 hours of exam
invalidates this guarantee. The breeder then agrees to refund the purchase
price upon return of the puppy (uninjured or harmed) and registration papers to
the breeder. A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a
licensed veterinarian. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred.
Puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours from date and time of purchase against
infectious diseases such as parvo, corona, or distemper.
Your new puppy is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects making him
unsuitable as a pet for 1 year from the date of birth. If your puppy is found to
have life threatening congenital defects you must supply us within 7 days of
diagnosis with your veterinarian's written report. We reserve the right to have
the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchange.
The puppy would then be replaced with one of equal value and same sex as
soon as available. An exchange will be given only upon receipt of the puppy
(uninjured or harmed) and the report from a licensed veterinarian. The breeder
is not responsible for any expenses incurred. Any shipping expenses for
returning or sending the new puppy would be at the buyer's expense.
Your puppy has been on a de-worming and vaccination schedule when you
receive it. It is very important that you provide this information to your
veterinarian immediately. Worming and vaccinations, including yearly
boosters, must continue on a regular basis or guarantee is void.
The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food,
water, housing, and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow the breeder’s
recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care.
Remember, puppies are babies also! They need plenty of love, rest, fresh
water, quality puppy food, a warm and dry place to sleep, and exercise.
All of our puppies are sold as pets. No guarantee is made as to disposition,
conformation, or breeding ability. We have given your puppy lots of love, care,
and attention. He/she will need the same attention from you.
Breeder is bound by this agreement to original buyer only.
